High-Performance Equipment for Superior Water Mixing-- How It Works

The release of bubbles is based on accumulation of airflow to the mixers. Each mixer has a fixed volume to fill prior to bubble release. The pressure needed is the static pressure at the depth the mixers are mounted and the flowrate of gas to the mixers determines rate of bursts. When enough air or gas fills the Mega Bubble unit, the gas shoots out vertically through a riser tube which pulls in and ejects settled solids on the tank floor into the rising liquid stream drafted behind the large bubble.

Pulsed Burst Systems LLC excels in high-performance water treatment equipment, specializing in pulsed air mixers and pulsed airlift pumps. Our groundbreaking technology ensures efficiency and reliability, providing unmatched mixing solutions across various aeration, anoxic or anaerobic applications. Understanding the unique needs of each water treatment facility, we offer custom design outlines for pulsed air mixing and liquid movement applications.

What We Offer

Pulsed Air Mixers

Our range of pulsed air mixers is designed to provide superior mixing efficiency across various water treatment processes. These mixers employ advanced pulsing technology to ensure thorough blending and uniform particle distribution. Pulsed mixing improves process outcomes within aerobic, anoxic and specific anaerobic environments, with low energy and maintenance and long durability with no submerged moving parts.

Pulsed Airlift Pumps

Pulsed Burst Systems LLC's pulsed airlift pumps represent the forefront of pump technology. These pumps utilize a unique pulsing action to lift and mix fluids, offering a highly efficient, low-energy alternative to traditional pumping methods.
